How do I wash my canopy?
Wash on gentle cycle in washer and lay flat or line dry. Can be dried on low heat but will need ironing after the dry cycle. Sequin and rosette covers should be spot cleaned as needed and never put in the washer or dryer.

Does the car seat come with the order?
No. The actual infant car seat is not included in any order placed. The car seat in the pictures is used to show how the canopy fits/looks while in use on the seat.
Do your covers/canopies fit all car seats?
Canopies and car seat liners are universal but will not fit any oversized car seats or grow with me convertible seats. These items are for infant seats only and will not fit forward facing harness boosters. The liner and canopy is not compatible with Doona systems. When using the Doona as a stroller, the canopy will be too short, and the liner does not fit in the car seat. The only way a canopy will work with a Doona is when it is in the base being used as a car seat only, otherwise it’s too short.
How long does it take to get my order?
Processing time varies, but most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days and delivered within 10-12 days of placing your order. If a custom fabric has been requested, processing times can extend out another 5-7 business days as the fabric has to be printed and shipped to me.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted but must be made within 24 hours of ordering your Toad & Twiddlebugs product. Any orders needing to be cancelled after the initial 24 hour period, will not be accepted.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is based on item weight and proximity to sender location so make sure you check our shipping calculator at checkout to understand the rates better!
What is the Return/Exchange policy?
Returns and Exchanges can be accepted 2 days post delivery to your location, as long as package is fully in-tact, and the product is not a "Build/Design Your Own" product.
